Ready to lead client relationships and own the tax side of high-net-worth planning & compliance without the traditional public accounting grind? This growing wealth management firm is looking for a Tax Manager to step into a collaborative, tax-only environment where you’re valued for your expertise, not your billable hours.

🏡 HYBRID & FLEXIBLE

Work from home most days, with the office there when you want it. You just need to be within driving distance of Denver — no requirement to be in the office a set number of days. Real flexibility, not just a buzzword.

💰 WHAT YOU’LL EARN

$125,250 – $140,000 base, plus incentive compensation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the returns — Prepare, review, and sign individual, trust, and entity tax returns

• Plan ahead — Build quarterly estimates and tax projections

• Be the go-to expert — Give clients clear, straightforward guidance on tax matters

• Dig into the details — Research tax issues and translate the impact for clients

• Solve problems — Review notices and correspondence alongside your team

• Lead — Mentor and develop junior staff

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years in public accounting or equivalent

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (or related); Master’s in Tax a plus

• CPA or EA required

• Strong technical tax knowledge; familiarity with common tax software

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high-volume workflow
