What’s the Skinny?

 Our client, a successful Denver CPA firm that specializes in 

High Net Worth individuals, is looking for a Tax Manager

What’s in it for me?

• Base salary of $120-150K + bonus
• Offices in the DTC
• No pressure or expectation to develop business or sell
• Employees are treated with respect and professionalism and are trusted to manage their time off responsibly. Therefore, there are no formal time off policies, and flexibility to work outside of a typical 8 to 5 schedule
• Billable hours are used for scheduling purposes but there aren’t set charge hours requirements
• Stable and growing firm. This is a company that has more business than they know what to do with!

How do I fit in?

• 5- 8 years of federal and state income tax experience
• Bachelor’s degree with focus on accounting or tax. Master’s preferred
• CPA is preferred
• Experience working with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth individuals.
• Experience doing final (high level) review
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Recent experience in Public Accounting required
• Experience with complex research and planning issues
• Desire to teach and mentor as well as grow and learn
